June 2024 - New MCAS Update
The academy has been informed by Bromcom that an app update is due to be released from 27th June 2024 which includes an exciting new user interface. Bromcom have provided us a user guide for parents, linked below.
September 2023 - Update Issues
We are aware of some issues following an MCAS App update on Apple and Android devices on or after 19th September 2023.
Symptoms
When the app is opened after this update has been applied, the app prevents the user signing in with a message suggesting that an app update is available. There is no further app update available, this prevents access to MCAS.
Resolution
We are working on a resolution with the software provider and hope to have a formal response soon.
Workaround
You may be able to access the MCAS website with your username and password using Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge browsers, for example. The MCAS website can be accessed using the link below:
